I was welcomed very openly and warmly by my colleagues early this year and found a working environment, that is just as supportive, as it is challenging (in a positive way) for me. Interpersonal values are given high priority, which is very important to me personally.

It's the first time for me to work in a company where people actively apply because of the image and the technologies used.

Nothing to complain from my side. I'm working remote from home and not even from Berlin and I have the all the freedom, to organize my everyday working life as I see fit.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
There are active measures and very transparent communication when it comes to green and social measures and initiatives. Much more transparent and committed than any of my employers before.

Kollegenzusammenhalt
Probably the best thing about the company are the colleagues and the teamwork. From the very top, great priority is being given to collegial cooperation by linking colleagues and introducing supporting formats.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I experience my direct leadership as very human and trusting. During the application process, a lot of focus was placed on interpersonal relationships and I was not disappointed by this in my further working experience. I am actively supported and always find an open ear from my superiors.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Absolutely nothing to complain about. There are regular additional payments for work equipment and many benefits I like and use on top.
Kommunikation
There is a communication gap between upper management and the rank and file. However, this has already been identified and several initiatives are actively working to combat it. From then on, communication is very open and transparent and a lot of space is given to critical questions.
