My experience with the interview process at this company was disappointing and did not reflect the candidate-focused values they claim in their job description.
The interviewer joined late, and the conversation felt rushed, with a barrage of questions and little room for discussion. I was given only about five minutes to ask my own questions, and there was minimal information shared about the company or its culture.
Although I was told I would receive feedback within 2–3 working days, I heard nothing for over a week and had to follow up myself. I only received a response the next day.
Overall, the process felt unstructured and impersonal, making it hard to believe in their stated commitment to candidate experience.

The take-home assignment could be greatly simplified and still achieve the same result / test the same skills.
For positions where there is a take-home assignment that needs to be reviewed, the "meet the team & go over assignment" meeting would probably benefit from being longer.
