I experienced a work atmosphere that was exceptional across the board. Management places immense value on trust, open communication, and fair treatment, ensuring that good work is consistently recognized and praised. Between the strong team cohesion, welcoming culture, and regular social events, the company creates a positive and supportive environment where going to work is genuinely enjoyable.
Work-Life-Balance
The work-life balance was excellent. Thanks to flexible working hours and the option to work from home, I was easily able to pursue my hobbies alongside work. This flexibility allowed me to start every day fully energized, even during periods of higher workload.

Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I am leaving the company after just two months. However, I have never felt like part of a team so quickly. The People Team supported me no matter what came up, and I knew I could always rely on them for help. Even in more stressful times the atmosphere was great and the existing team spirit helped to push through any obstacles or bottlenecks. Not only my immediate team, but the entire company was incredibly welcoming and inclusive. Initiatives like a shared team office day with lunch, as well as regular company events like rooftop BBQs, make connecting with colleagues feel completely natural and effortless.

The leadership of my supervisors was outstanding throughout my time at the company. Communication was always respectful and genuinely at eye level, which made me feel truly seen and appreciated for my work. Expectations were set with great clarity, and feedback was always fair, constructive, and completely reasonable
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office environment and equipment left nothing to be desired. Alongside modern hardware and furniture, the office provides drinks, tons of snacks, and an amazingly supportive and thoughtful Office Manager.
Kommunikation
In my 15 years of professional experience, I have never seen low hierarchies and direct communication executed so effectively - not just within individual teams, but across the entire company. Expectations were always clearly communicated, and feedback was provided continuously, professionally, and in an objective, non-emotional manner.
Interessante Aufgaben
While my tasks over the two months naturally didn't span an endless range of new areas, joining Talon.One during a period of major organizational change kept the work interesting and varied. On top of that, upcoming projects were tailored specifically to my personal interests, giving me a clear and exciting perspective for the future.

Only have good things to say. Most superiors understand their job as "what can I do to make my peoples life better" which helps productivity and happiness quite a lot.

Bad behaviros are tolerated and no measures taken. And the problem is that management was trying to pass the problem to one another and not really own it.

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Working hours are generally flexible. Nevertheless, you always have to note in a special Slack channel if you want to take a longer break or leave earlier. So there is still control after all.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The employer should take more time for employees and treat everyone the same, no matter what the employee's role is!
Supervisors should also not be so rude and disgusting to one.
When I resigned myself, I was suddenly told afterward that I would have been terminated anyway. So the employer or the supervisor couldn't stand the fact that I had quit and then also claimed things that weren't true.

Unfortunately, there is no communication with the supervisor. It has been said several times that communication is poor due to language skills. But if you are a native speaker, this can not be a reason!

The salary for my role was not so good. I was subsequently offered much more at other companies.

There is no equality. My colleagues were treated better, even though we were on the same level. They were offered more salaries, treated more kindly, and had more freedom.
