I think they are very outdated (low) compared to the market. At least I think this is the case for the levels under VP. VP's and Executive seem to be doing fine.

I think he should be more equal towards our team. Same position and same-level contributors should be treated the same.

I think it's pretty poor, unfortunately.

I don't think there's equality. Peers who contribute the same and share the same position, I don't feel they are equally treated.

Yes, challenging and interesting tasks, can't complain.
