The majority of the direct line managers are doing some nice, well how to say it, ah I got it, "nothing" is the term I was looking for. The same claim to be open and helping, while the sad truth is, that they just don't have any support of the upper management. If you wanna deal with immature managers and get sneakily backstabbed, apply here.
Childish, stubborn, aggressive, immature. I guess that fits it quite nicely. If you are looking for top down decision makers in a pretend to be agile and respectful environment, apply here.
If this only includes my fellow colleagues 5 stars; with nearly any team lead or above taken into account I am happy someone invented negative numbers.
This company got huge potential in the product as well as for every individual, but getting training, equipment or similar is just a mess.
Having to rate one star is a joke itself but so is the communication this company does. Even a conglomerate would outplay TeamViewer. Teams are continuously left out or behind when a decision directly effecting them is about to be or made. Luckily the rumour department is strong and cutting across departments .
The management is 100% male. All females got fired. Not only C management, no way down to team leads (non R&D excluded).

Unless you do it yourself and make sure it happens, there is no such thing.
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
Way below average, any social benefit the company offers has no real advantage for you as an employee but the company can deduct it from the tax.
Hardware is now 4 years old, quite noise and you won't get any countermeasures (apparently long time colleagues managed to get some headphones that don't do their job). It's a sad situation for a tech company.

Little options for home office that would allow taking care of things without wasting vacation days. If you made it into the management layer, there are also options to take 'a month or two' off. Seems like they occasionally need to allow that to avoid them being admitted into a psychiatric hospital for burnout. 28 days of vacation are also more a kind of joke... (you wish)
This is kinda split. The image of the main product is good. It's secure, fast and there is defacto no real alternative. The image of the company looks shiny new at the first glimpse but the amount of turnovers is insane.
- Listen to your employees (they tell you the same as your shiny consultants but actually do work). And maybe the CEO should stop complaining about platforms like kununu but figure out why people feel the need to use it. Actually your employees are both your biggest asset as well as risk. Only that no one seems to get that. Stop screwing them over and over again, cause they will just resign or give up and work with minimal effort.
Actually by now I struggle to find anything here. The only thing on my list left are the colleagues and that is honestly nothing the employer should get the credit for.
I guess the comments above say it all. Any further detail might summon the mighty legal department just like even internal comments and resistance did for some colleagues in the past.
