Arbeitsatmosphäre
The work environment was always a pleasure, since most of the colleagues have been very open and supportive.
Kommunikation
I noticed that there were trys to communicate all of the necessary info in time. On the other hand there have been times where some news have been kept secret for too long or they had to be spread by the employees themselves, which is not effective and doesn‘t show full dedication by the deciders.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As described before, the collegial support was the key factor in my enjoyment while working there.
Work-Life-Balance
Flexible working hours are definetly a plus, although there were regular peak times (e.g. each month) when you had to go beyond your usual hours. Unfortunately there was no real overtime regulations like taking a full day off as a compensation.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
This has been the most disappointing part in my time at tech11. Coming from the original founders/owners and changing to the new management structures was the most negative change that happened. The culture changed for worse and the management became more and more distant and pressuring.
Interessante Aufgaben
The learning curve was quite steep, which I liked but it stagnated after a year or two. Even after asking for new, more diverse tasks, I was always held back and had to take over more of the work that hasn‘t been my core duties.
Gleichberechtigung
Generally equality was fine from the more traditional point of view (no one was discriminated or such things). On the other hand I still had the feeling that there were opinions made by some management members which blocked a portion of the employees to be treated the same way as some of the management‘s favorites.
Arbeitsbedingungen
Especially in the office the working conditions were subpar. Some had height adjustable desks, some didn‘t. No A/C and too less fans for a long time. Also, it wasn't a rare occasion when necessities like toilet paper or water were missing because someone forgot to buy it.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Some of the latest changes made to the social responsibility side of the company were really good.
Gehalt/Benefits
Actually the salary was on or slightly above average even though some colleagues thought different.

Karriere/Weiterbildung
Probably the single worst part to mention. You just can‘t develop your career there. Career plans have been in the making forever but once they were presented they were just underwhelming. If you come from university you can do 1-2 years until you can‘t really learn new stuff. Not to mention the lack of trainings offered.
