I always feel weel inside of the company. At least in the projects I worked, I always felt the good level of empathy around.
Kommunikation
I see a good effort in communicating well what is really needed. In the end we always have a bit of problem regarding this topic, but even though here in Technica I see it in small details. It does not affect the whole picture.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Due to the empathic way of our colleagues in Technica handle the tasks, I feel the teams (the ones I worked here) very united, and collaborative with each other.

I see how important is for us to really take care of our personal life quality. It is always reinforced by managers and supervisors.
