since at Technica, there are a lot of cultures involved, the general standard is below the middle western european standard, BUT Technica does not tolerate any sexism and enforces equal rights for all its employees and punishes any misstreatments.

Here I see the most room for improvement; only leading personell are geting customised hardware, which is clumsy from the management (speaking of flat herarchy) if others don't.
The normal developers work on low res monitors and for an IT company, not up to date laptops with poor performance.
Big teams work in big loud rooms, where skypecalls reach high noise levels and have an impact on concetration and performance. This could be improved, for example by noise cancellation headsets or noise reducing walls.
Only people with already broke backs are geting height adjustable tables.
The office has an AC which is good.
There are some trainings but on a low level.
