Flexible time with core hours is used. It is possible to leave earlier if needed. It is respected not to work more than 40 hours a week.

Some people started in the company in one project in which a specifics profile was required. It is difficult for those people to change this profile. hence They will be ever assigned to similar projects and there are people who want to change. deppen in the real capacities of the workers should be improve.

the wage at the beginning is a bit tight. after it can be negotiated in a personal meeting where everyone can demand what they believe they deserve. the payment always without delay.

in my opinion again is here important the fact that the company is still small, that makes it possible a friendly and professional interaction even between colleagues from different departments.

whenever I had a problem I addressed my superior and it was properly solved having into account all the implicated parts.

work places condition are quite adecuate. State of art depends more of the department. Generally adecuate.

I do know that several department (mine included) holds regular meeting to discuss about success, effort, measures...Meetings from different department are also held to introduce their different projects.

Because it is quite a small company almost nobody knows it. But the some who know it have a good impression about it - like me.

Very good equipment from the first day on. As working student I had really worse experiences in other companies. Really wonderful new office. You can bring in your own ideas and you are part of a "family".

You should be aware that this company is really living for the term "international". All the big players say that they are international because they have facilities all over the world. Here you can find cultures from all around the world. A really nice feeling. English (Spanglish :D) is company language.

For me as a working student I cannot complain at all. Earning very good and on time.

Interessante Aufgaben

Here I can give only 3 stars. The task I am working on now is very interesting. The topic of automotive Ethernet is a very interesting and still innovative topic. The topic before was in principal interesting as well. But stress and pressure of time of the colleagues made a proper care of a working student not possible. It is a real pity because a lot of potential is lost.
