Unprofessional environment - Toxic management - Not recommended !!
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
NOTHING and I really mean nothing. But I can say that the hiring process is very fast. HR departments and managers receive bonuses for the number of employees they hire. They speed up the process without telling you the details and hire you. Then they keep postponing the start date or simply terminate your contract.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Lack of transparency.
Manipulation.
Threatening employees.
They want the consultants and engineers to be afraid of the managers so they'll say yes to every project.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
From my perspective as an employee I can say that the way of managing people needs to change. Managers far too comfortable in their jobs and doesn't want to change anything or make any effort.
From the management perspective I believe that they are happy with the managers as long as they can manipulate the employees.
So the best thing a man can do is to leave the company and not recommending it to anyone.

Toxicity is the main characteristic of the company. Every single employee I met is struggling with the management.

The managers are highly skilled in manipulating employees.
Arbeitsbedingungen
As long as you are working at T&S you have to understand that you are just a number, a resource to generate money. Nobody care about you. Just execute your tasks or you will be fired.

One-way communication: Either you listen to the manager or you leave the company.
No communication, just threatening and intimidation
Interessante Aufgaben
It depends on the customer project assignment, and as an external consultant at the customer most probably you will get boring tasks.
