Mobbing of beginners (almost all employees leave quickly) by managers and those who follow them.
Employees are asked to transmit any information they get about any concurrent (like "the manager of Altran is here" or "consultant X seen with client's manager Y"). Some also transmit information about colleagues.
Use of psychological pressure to make the people do more hours that are not paid.
Almost all colleagues were more or less incompetents. The objective was to put the mistakes on the shoulders of others.
they take the worst that the client asks, as long as there is money. At a moment, several engineers spent their days making module test of PT1 filters: someone copied and pasted a PT1 filter in the software, changed the name of the bloc and it's time constant, then a TS guy had to take an hour or more to check that the new bloc was a PT1 filter with the right time constant.
These guys are like alchemists, but reverse, they change gold into shit: they take an engineer, who went to school using a lot of taxpayers money (and not the taxpayers of luxemburg, where TS seems to evade), and make him an incompetent just able to make management tasks, eventually depressive (at least one person left the company for suicide attempt).
Very hypocritical, pretends to listen but the decision is already taken. It feels like you have to accept the advertising without any form of scepticism or sarcasm, and finally shut the f*ck up.
As an illustration, just look at the answer of TS to bad comments (since years "thanks for your comments, we will take it in consideration" without acts), or to the positive ones that are obviously written by management or communication departments.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
very few ones. I would never enroll someone who spent a long time in this company, as staying long is an indicator of a problematic behaviour toward others, someone accomodating this is generally someone I do not want to work with.
Karriere / Weiterbildung
No weiterbildung. Not even for tools or products you will have to use while at TS and for which you were sold as "expert", nothing more than a power point, but without the speaker. It's the Maia Caniço method: throw the person in cold water, hope he learns to swim spontaneously, and escape responsibility when it turns bad.
Some people were testing prototypes for brakes without the prototype driving licence (and therefore no insurrance).
After a stay at this company, you might be ready for becoming bad manager and also sell people like who you were after school, or diving instructor, but your technical experience might be none.
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
Caution: if you are proposed a french contract + money to cover extra cost, these extra costs have to be declared to the german tax services. As long as you work more than 183 days a year in germany, it is clear for german tax office that your main address is in germany. Therefore, you would have to pay your taxes in germany, at the german rate, any other behaviour is at your own risk.
Be always carefully about the legality of the offers that are made to you, and never lie in a way that may put you in difficulties regarding german justice.
Umwelt- / Sozialbewusstsein
BMWs of the management are far from beeing ecological cars, porsche of the boss neither!
Loads of unpaid hours, difficulties to get more than 2 weeks holidays in once (as then there is a real need for someone else to do the job during the absence)
I heard some former employees came to their hierarchy in their actual company to warn them agains taking any "consultant" from there.
- Go to other companies, da Vinci engineering is known as much better, eventually try Ferchau, or even Akka or Altran (yes, those are better than TS)!

Your observations on mobbing and psychological pressure are totally unfounded. For our beginners, an integration process has been implemented for several years now. It is an major opportunity for each new employee to be fully integrated into our team. Also, 80% of our employees attend a training course every year, and even if this does not include swimming :), it allows them to develop their skills and to be more confident in their missions.
