Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
T&S has very good projects with the world class customers. They really try to ensure that employee is happy and satisfied. The salary is good and employees have flexibility in taking up new projects and positions. Management always tries to listen to the concerns of the employees and tries to resolve the concerns to their best. This is something that usually lacks even in the best of the best companies. There are also a lot of team events to keep a lively atmosphere the best one being the Christmas party. I love that the company is trying to turn the internal environment into that of a well established company at a very high pace.

I believe there should be a transparency when it comes to modifying the team structure, handling promotions etc. I feel the company lacks the formal process that should be in place when it comes to these things. This is especially required when the company is open to promoting someone with much less experience to a lead role.
Another thing which I dislike is, as far as I understand there is no proper AC in the building apart from the meeting rooms. So, it becomes hard to work during extreme temperatures. It's a bit sad considering the new building is amazing in all other ways.
It will also be good if company canteen is introduced.
