worse top management, toxic behavior, pressuring, misbehaving, lies, no transparency, lowest possible salary, bad projects, unstable job, unsurety, no commitment, no trainings, selfish attitude
Verbesserungsvorschläge
be respectful to employees, dont be forcing people to leave the company and threaten them
make salaries better
and offer projects which are improving skills, not randomly
