Actually, all I kept reading was that someone was leaving the company. It's crazy how many people have left the company.
I think less than 10 employees (including management) have been with the company for more than 3 years (out of about 120 employees...).
Think twice about doing that to yourself.
Work-Life-Balance
Constant KPI bullshit bingo already causes a lot of stress. On top of that, the planning is insanely bad. Sprints are constantly interrupted for some particularly important incident. Scrum can also be completely avoided in this way

One of the few companies where remote first really works.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are actually no opportunities for advancement. In addition, higher positions are actually only filled with friends and acquaintances.
