Kommunikation

Communication was better before the company was sold. People were more involved in processes and there was a flat hierarchy. Nowadays, you only find out about changes when they have been implemented. Some management positions often don't know anything about them.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

We work together at all times and no team member is left behind. Cross-team support. However, there is also a certain level of competition. Through many team events you get to know each other better and superficial friendships develop, but also true friendships outside of work.

A young, dynamic team. There are few older colleagues and if they do, they don't stand out because of their positive appearance. However, I think that people over 50 would have a hard time, as the team tends to have colleagues between 20 and 40 years old.
