Unstructured HR decisions despite strong performance
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I joined the company in October with clear performance expectations and delivered strong results, including high KPI achievement and high accuracy in my role.
Unfortunately, despite this performance, I was informed in December that my employment would be terminated with very short notice. The decision appeared unplanned and poorly timed, especially given the labor market situation at that time of year, which significantly reduced my chances of finding a new role quickly.
The overall HR planning and decision-making process felt weak and inconsistent. Important employment matters were not handled properly. Remaining vacation compensation was not paid, and work performed on public holidays was not compensated.
In addition, there was insufficient cooperation with the relevant external agency, which made it difficult for me to complete the necessary steps to receive unemployment insurance benefits.
While the operational team environment and daily work tasks were generally acceptable, the lack of structured HR processes, poor communication, and insufficient employee support had a strong negative impact on my overall experience.
