I've worked their for around one week. It was interesting and new and i had a good feeling about the company and the assigned project.
The recruitment process was clearly structured and very well executed, at least I thought so. I was hired after the job interviews. However they've required a criminal record certificate, which I've provided.
After they've received it, I've got a call, they let me know that in general there is no exception. If there is an entry, you will not be hired. The person on the phone said, that in my case one would be made and everything is fine. So I was happy that everything worked out. I've got the hardware (because it was a home office position) everything set up and started to work a few days later.
Everything went well, the atmosphere in the training phase was good and they were informative and helpful.
Then after already being in the training phase for one week, I got pulled aside (private video call) and been told that a different department got my criminal record certificate, they saw that I got a minor entry and that is a no-go. I've told them that the person I've talked to said that an exception was made. I was informed that this was a mistak...
