A lot of senior and professional people joined recently. Not too many juniors around anymore.
One of the things I like the most about Temedica and actually something that leads me to being more often in the office then I would need to be.
Positive is that alle the communication is on Eye-level from founders to students.
Sometimes there is even a bit too much information in company wide meetings, but that has already improved and the feedback was heard.
The strongest asset Temedica has are its people. Many many smart and brilliant people, who are working constructively and let the best idea win.
The hybrid work helps a lot even though sometimes it is a bit stressful with many different projects and topics happen simultaneously and not enough people to handle it all. But always supported and able to flag that and also i guess this is normal for a growing company
The leadership really cares and is very approachable. Not every person on management level is as approachable, but this also has to do with there amount of tasks they handle
A lot to explore and things that are still to defined.
