When people leave, they get ignored or treated as outlaws. Communication is done 5 days before the people leave and you have to hand in your goodbye announcement to management for review, apparently so you won't say anything wrong... Definitely the worst Goodbye-culture I have seen so far.

You can do remote or office work, but need to get your remote work approved by the leadership for every single day of home office.
