Don't hire people anymore, simply because they have a background in automotive industry. Quality always begins with education.

My team leader and shift supervisor, they both are special. Except few departments, most of them doesn't communicate with others.

Two shifts working system, speaks for himself. Sometimes they ask you to work Saturday. If you say "No", you will never get contract.

Only few of them are OK.

They are only interested by target (manufactured cars).

Of course, some of us more "equal" than others. Romanians vs. Germans.
