Inside the team the work atmosphere was fine, outside - no. A lot of nepotism - you sometimes wonder about the careers of colleagues who obviously do not do a good job.

A lot of politics - usually department meetings where projects and sales numbers are presented, but beside of the official communication - no. Inside the team ok.

Well... overtime and chaos weld a team together...

Not in my department - a 10 hour day or more is expected.
