Highly dynamic and energetic environment, you never get bored during the working day.

Working for this Company you have the feeling to be in a multi-billion start-up: young colleagues, a big open space (sometime noisy) and flat hierarchy are normality.

It´s not a company for everyone. If you want to be successful in this Company you will need to work hard and dedicate time to your job. Results are rewarded and you can grow extremely fast.

Leadership team is generally quite young and I believe this is a plus. The Company is very meritocratic, no matter the age you have, if you deserve you get promoted.

There are not so many seniors, anyway cooperation works well.

Clean desk policy, nice office but no frills. No canteen. Employees can cook / prepare their meal in a common Kitchen.

Initiatives to "grow a better world", I believe it could be done a bit more here.

Fixed salary in line / slightly above average.
Variable salary above average, but connected to targets sometimes difficult to achieve.

For people that want to work hard and develop fast is probably the best place to work. High level of meritocracy in place: if you deliver you get rewarded and promoted. The Company listen the ambitions of each employee and allows department changes / country relocation.
