Despite working fully remotely (at least the IT department), there are many tool to make it feel like you are in an office. There is always the possibility to walk to the "virtual desk" of a colleague and start chatting.
However, the pressure is always on and due to this is can become a bit chaotic or feel like you need to take care of someone else fault to plan something accordingly. Despite this though, you always have your team to count on and are never alone.

The image of the company is unfortunately always a bit tainted by scandals that happen via social media. While they do work on improving on that part and while quality is a priority number one, I often run into the fact that people heard of our brands and dislike them due to that.
The big community around our brands however loves the products and the way we market. So it always depends on where are you stand.
Work-Life-Balance
We are very flexible in our work - as it is happening from home there is no specific time when you need to start. The important part is that you can be there for meetings. If you can't however and communicate that early, there is always flexibility. Going to the doctor at any time is no problem or taking care of your children.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
There are proper guidelines for several positions to advance in the field. You are not stuck in your team or your position and can always grow or even completely change the position you are in. The managers will enable you by setting goals with you that lead you into the right direction.
The only thing currently missing is investing in advanced training. Any training you want to do you have to pay by yourself, there is also barely any opportunity to go to events.
Gehalt/Benefits
I would say the salary is quite good and there is always room to grow. Bi-yearly feedback talks also give you the opportunity to talk about your goals and get salary increases. (if you performed well)
As for benefits, we have the opportunity to do languages classes, get a subsidized monthly train ticket, have wellpass to go to different classes and get discounts on the products.
Generally I would say they are doing quite good on that part already.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Everybody is happy to help you whenever you need something and everybody got your back. You are never alone in a task because we are feel like we are belonging together in our teams. Of course, there are occasional colleagues you don't get along too well with but that is just normal. The majority however is open, friendly and supportive.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
I am very lucky to have amazing managers that take their time to listen to you and help you to become better. Furthermore in my role I get a lot of appreciation for what I do and never feel like I am just a number.
Arbeitsbedingungen
As we are working from home, we get equipment for our office, that usually only includes technical equipment. Desks or Chairs are not included. However, the equipment provided is very good and can be upgraded from time to time if needed.
Kommunikation
They are constantly working on communicating better and show-casing where the company currently is at and where the goals of the futures are. Of course there is always room for improvement but they are trying their best. We even have satisfaction surveys that help management to understand how the generally feeling of the department is and they will also take into account or address issues if they arise.
Interessante Aufgaben
No day is like the other in IT, it is not like you do the same tasks over and over. There is always something new and challenging. Sometimes they do not listen to your expertise and want it a specific way but that does not happen very often and critical feedback towards that is always taken into account to make it better next time.
