Communication fails miserably. Negative reports are simply not passed on and workers are surprised with dismissals despite good performance.

At least in my team super. Overall there is a lot of group formation and less communication between the different groups

Home office is possible but there are fixed working hours. The work of the dismissed people is simply divided among the remaining ones.
