Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The work environment at TikTok is great: you dive into a family with so many different cultural and professional backgrounds and you just get absorbed from the diversity and the hype in the company. There are also lots of company benefits that support our work-life-balance in so many ways.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
TikTok's atmosphere is extremely inclusive. Everybody is encouraged to speak up and give their opinion on things.
Work-Life-Balance
flexible working hours, sports activities / gym support
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Even though I havent been working at TikTok for too long, I really feel that I am part of a team, because starting from day 1, everybody is very helpful and supportive. Nobody is left behind and people encourage each other to reach their goals.
Kommunikation
Communication is super transparent at TikTok. Regular meetings inform employees about what's going on in the company and explain cross-functional goals and achievements.
