Homeoffice, flexible Arbeitszeiten
keine Mülltrennung
auf unterster Ebene top, weiter oben Machtspielchen
Mikromanagement
Entscheidungen wurden nicht nachvollziehbar getroffen
Tool und Kunden wunderbar
It is really good product.
The company does not take action against colleagues who behave poorly. The employer has a duty of care towards its employees, which is not being fulfilled. I believe the way employees are treated, including allowing insults and bad behavior, could even be grounds for legal action.
Replace all leaders and colleagues who demonstrate poor behavior, especially those who insult others. Keeping such people in the company risks losing many talented employees. Replacing them would send a strong, positive signal, showing that everyone is replaceable and that poor behavior is not tolerated. It puzzles me how long these individuals have remained without any consequences. The company should seriously consider holding everyone accountable and making necessary changes.
I work fully remotely, but I increasingly sense a negative atmosphere within the company. Collaboration with some colleagues has proven difficult. There’s often a lack of a hands-on, solution oriented mindset at times it feels like people are working against each other rather than as a team. While the German colleagues are focused on delivering quality, I frequently experience a culture of blame and finger-pointing from the Bulgarian side, with limited willingness to contribute constructively.
The quality of the product has decreased, as more responsibility for the product has shifted to the Bulgaria location.
Overall, the work was okay, but some days were particularly challenging. Due to a lack of consistent quality in the team's output, I often found myself having to compensate for the mistakes or oversights of others. This added extra pressure and sometimes led to frustrating workdays.
They do not offer opportunities for further education or training.
Salary increases are typically around 3 percent. Therefore, if you start with a higher salary at hiring, you will benefit more from these later raises. I also noticed that some colleagues who performed comparably or even more received lower salaries.

The work culture often felt more like a struggle against each other than true collaboration. Unfortunately, it was not uncommon to experience a toxic atmosphere, where backstabbing and negative talk about colleagues were part of the daily routine. Based on my experience, I can confirm much of what others have mentioned in their reviews.
If you're starting to feel like you're not good enough, it's very likely not about your abilities. Sometimes it's just the wrong leadership or simply not the right environment for you.
There are hardly any long term employees. Most people leave within a few years or stay no longer than around three years.
Product owner: Acts more like a passive product manager than a proactive product owner. Protects certain colleagues (especially from the Bulgarian team) despite clearly inappropriate behavior such as disrespectful communication and even personal insults. This creates a toxic team dynamic.
Account Manager: Possibly a strong account manager, but lacks leadership skills. The team showed low motivation, and the atmosphere improved noticeably during this person’s absence. Missing clear guidance and leadership competence.
Technical Solutions: Problematic leader in the company. Displayed unprofessional behavior even before stepping into the leadership role. Avoids collaboration, was unfriendly during client calls, and regularly blames others instead of taking responsibility. Also known for insulting colleagues. I personally witnessed him blame one of the most competent and respected colleagues in the company. A very poor example of leadership.
QA: The QA lead is the biggest fear among colleagues. Loves to blame others but fails to ensure real product quality. Often behaves poorly and insults colleagues. It seems he believes he is irreplaceable, so he acts as he pleases.
The office space has been reduced, but there is increasing pressure to return to on site work. Micromanagement is becoming more prevalent.
There was a noticeable lack of communication, especially during projects and in the handover phase. Important information was often missing, and Product Owners sometimes forgot to inform team members about new features or changes.
Additionally, the "Timify of the Month" recognition felt disconnected from actual performance. In my view, the selection often seemed influenced more by internal politics than by merit, and the recognition itself did not offer meaningful compensation or motivation, especially when compared to salary expectations.
There is a clear imbalance in how colleagues are treated. It often feels like Bulgarian team members are given more freedom to act as they please, including insulting or treating others poorly, without facing consequences.
Not really free to work independently, missing permissions, and only given the bare essentials.
It is like a challenge mode, if you are bored of your life and career.
You also get to appreciate life after you leave this company.
That they are in Germany. I think they should move the company to bulgaria
I know this will never happen. But they really need to change some managers. But since managers are in charge, who are they going to change, themselves ?
I just dont understand how they cant see the fire&hire loop they have ?
Why do you guys hire many developers every month, why do they leave/fired, why your developers who sticks around or managers cant find a new job. Why your product development is too fast but at the same time too slow ? Why do you have customer losing bugs in your system ?
The work atmosphere was very disappointing. Many colleagues and managers created a toxic environment, with unprofessional behavior and poor communication. Expectations were often unclear or unrealistic, which only added to the stress. It was difficult to feel motivated or supported in such an environment.
Also people stabbing you in the back is real.
Some of the colleagues, I dont know why, will only and only complain about you. And you will get some trouble in the end by the upper management. Because, fire & hire loop here exists. Every 6 months many developers are hired in this company, then they are mostly fired. Lucky few, who are willing to sacrifice their life can stay.
They dont force you to work extra, they just fire you if you spend less then 70-80 hours a week.
they dont want to train you, they want you to work work work, code code code, and during your free time they want you to code & work more.
They think its their culture.
There are some members that they just hate you becasue you exist, or share a title, or get to pick up a functionality.
Never heard anything nice from anybody.
Everybody is fired after a few months, so how could you get old in this company ?
I had a manager, this guy called me stupid, lazy, incapable, not dedicated, easy to let go, worst engineer he has ever seen, slowiest engineer he has ever seen etc. etc. in separate occasions. I really regret that i didnt record each one of my meetings, I could very very easily sue the company.
Seriously, not everybody meant to be a manager.
good office, when i first joined I really thought that this is a legit company, not a dev cemetery
No one communicated me until the point that I got fired.
Seriously, no warning, no planning, no setting up expectations. Just, `yeah we decided to let you go, you can leave your laptop tomorrow.`
I was so surprised.
Standart salary
You can not critize your boss. He is the god of engineering without any engineering knowledge.
You also cant critize some of your colleagues, because they are under the umbrella of the god.
Every task i get ends up in a hunger game, so I would say it is very intresting.
