On a peer level, colleagues are very nice. But politics between departments still gets in the way, and you frequently feel like you are working against eachother rather than together (due to lack of strategy alignment at the top)

Most people don’t get raises here, the company claims they are paying well for the market (which they are not) and refuse to understand that inflation exists.
