Great experience at Trade Republic, steep learning curve

I've been with Trade Republic for over a year now and it's been a great experience so far. My coworkers are awesome and there's always room for growth and development.
One of the best things about working here is that everyone is given the freedom to take ownership of their work. We're all trusted to handle our projects from start to finish and it's really satisfying to see my colleagues (even at low levels) being credited for their contributions.

Of course, no company is perfect and there's always room for improvement. Right now, the focus in engineering is on automating some processes to make things more efficient. It's definitely a work in progress, but I know the company is committed to making it happen. Diversity in the engineering department is another area that we can improve on, but it's great to see some of my coworkers actively working on making positive change in this area.
Work-Life-Balance
From my experience, work-life balance is something that needs to be individually managed by everyone irregardless of the company you're at. Sure, there are times when putting in extra hours is necessary, but it is not a regular occurrence. And when personal matters or appointments come up, my experience is that taking the time you need to handle them is never an issue and you can always catch up with work later. Personally, I've never had any trouble maintaining a good balance between work and my personal life at Trade Republic, and I find the workload to be manageable.
