Let's clear out one thing, good ratings are either given by marketing, HR, or interns. Bad ratings are generally downplayed and deleted (happened many times on Glassdoor, they try the same for Kununu), yes you have read it right they specifically get bad reviews deleted.
HR has started the process of taking feedbacks, but that is another joke. Results are never shared and all comments, messages are shared with the top management. It is not at all practical or solves the issue at hand, rather limits people for entering true feedback

Loads of tasks to do, but Trade republic exactly knows how to make you demotivated and make the interesting task dull. There is always unnecessary pressure from supervisors.
