My impression is that colleagues support each other. There is a great feeling of belonging since everybody wants to make this firm a success.

The needed level of work life balance is a very individual thing. Most people who work here are ambitious. Of course there are demanding times but there are also times when things calm down and you can have very steady and reliable, normal working hours.

Goals are ambitious and prioritization sometimes needs to be corrected. It's a young, ambitious team and we can all still learn, but overall managers do a great job.
Interessante Aufgaben
Working here is super interesting. You get to work with many different teams which is why you will learn a lot also outside your competence. The tasks are complex and therefore challenging which can be very satisfying for people who like challenges.
Arbeitsbedingungen
For a lawyer it can be challenging not to immediately find paper and pen :) But in general, the company takes good care of employees, from great IT equipment, to coffee and parties.
