Vertrauensarbeitszeit. 27 Tage Urlaub. Sonst freie Arbeitszeitgestaltung.
Bestes remote-first Setup der Welt.
Great Atmosphere, nice team :) Love the virtual office Gather for our remote first culture.
For me it is a really good work life balance. Since the company is set up remote first it gives me great flexibility. I move around a lot and my university schedule changes often, so I am able to decide each week when I want to work.
Interns and working students are getting compensated more than fairly.
Love my coworkers. Everyone is incredibly friendly and open-minded. Even though we are remote first, we manage to be constantly in touch. I do wish we could see each other more in person tho.
I work very closely with the departement head and am feel very lucky to be working for such a hard working woman! She has a lot on her plate but always an open ear for me. Love that I get some real responsibility and get to learn so much.
Remote-first is great and everyone gets the equipment they need/want sent to them.
Great communication especially within my team.
I learned a lot so far and like my tasks. I work on various topics so it never gets boring. Each week is a little different.
Remote-first
As mentioned above.
Listen to your team! People will (and are already) be leaving, if nothing majorly changes. It is not an option to scream at teams if they are not performing as you would like them to. This will not increase motivation by one bit, management needs to understand that.
Within the smaller teams it is generally good but as soon as one has to work together with management it gets really uncomfortable. Overworking is massively glorified and if you are not ready to "go the extra mile" you will have a hard time succeeding here.
Plus: It is a remote-first setup, so people are free to work from anywhere.
Minus: The perceived flexibility is not there, because you can be called / approached pretty much anytime and it is closely watched when you are online and available.
No opinion.
Colleagues are great for the most part.
Cannot really judge.
Very bad. Goes as far as being shouted at in meetings.
Had all the hardware I needed, so nothing to complain really. A budget for height-adjustable desks e.g. would have been nice.
They try but I don't feel like there was the wish to have transparency. A lot of deep problems are dismissed as being individual issues and feelings of employees are often unvalidated. You feel like you are the problem.
Tasks are generally interesting and the product itself as a lot of potential.
Virtuelles Büro in Gather.io ist extrem fortschrittlich
100% remote, Technik wird gestellt
sehr gutes Team
100% remote, office bei Bedarf an 3 Standorten
regelmässige meetings und alle in Gather.io ansprechbar
keep up the good work and care for your employees
highly productive, goal oriented. no bullshit tasks
a lot of work to be done but its fun along the way!
still improving here but employees initiatives will be heard
Although we are remote first I felt very welcome form the first day on. There are the right amount of daily and weekly appointments to still get to know each other.
remote first but also two offices if preferred (Berlin, Munich)
transparent communication of current KPIs. Company lives by its values
Much to laugh about, great trust, flat hierarchies, ambitious team.
Depends on your personality.
Couldn't be better. Always helpful, always respecting each other, always happy for each others achievements and success. Lots of fun and relaxed team atmosphere.
Team is generally young but everyone is welcome and respected.
Motivating, respectful and appreciative!
Headquarter is located in a cool area surrounded by other startups. Nice food options close by. Homeoffice is always possible.
Great Failure Culture, no punishment, lots of feedback. Achievements are always recognized and celebrated. Every opinion counts and is respected. High communication level and exchange across all departments.
Team is pretty divers and everyone is treated equally.
High variety, lots of room for own ideas. Success and effect can often be directly seen. Always some challenges to overcome.
