The work atmosphere is relaxed and collegial. There is a lot of freedom when it comes to decision-making, and employees can bring in their own individual way of working.

The company’s image is rather reserved, which I believe is partly due to its business model. It may not have the same level of visibility or public presence as some other companies in the industry.

The work-life balance is generally good, with a solid number of vacation days and a flexible home-office policy. However, due to the limited resources available and the time-sensitive nature of many topics driven by business and market demands, longer working days can occur more frequently.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
So far, it has been unclear what specific career and development opportunities are available. In particular, I would like to see more transparency around career paths for specialists, such as Senior or Expert roles, without moving into management, as well as training and development opportunities that are directly relevant to the respective role.
Gehalt/Benefits
I would say that the salaries are in line with the industry standard. However, in my opinion, the company car policy feels somewhat outdated, especially compared to some competitors - in previous roles at a similar level, I was provided with a company car.

Given the nature of the industry, this topic can certainly be debated. However, I have the impression that the company is aware of its environmental and social responsibilities and actively looks for ways to make a positive contribution where possible.

The team spirit and collaboration among colleagues are outstanding. Everyone is extremely helpful and supportive, and there is a strong sense of working together towards the companys common goals.

Managers treat employees as equals and communicate in a respectful and appreciative way. The leadership style is collaborative rather than traditionally hierarchical.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The working conditions are very good, with modern hardware such as monitors, Bluetooth-enabled devices, and meeting rooms equipped with modern screens. Mobile desks or dedicated quiet spaces would be a welcome addition, but overall the equipment and working environment are excellent.
Kommunikation
There are regular monthly updates from management. Departments make an effort to keep each other informed, although this can sometimes be challenging as multiple departments are often working on the same topic, making it difficult to keep everyone’s knowledge up to date.

The company is highly multicultural and diverse, with people from different nationalities, backgrounds, and age groups. This diversity brings a broad range of perspectives, knowledge, and dynamics to the teams.
Interessante Aufgaben
I have been passionate about the mobility industry for a long time and have also worked for major competitors. I think this is ultimately a matter of personal interest, but if you are passionate about shaping the mobility of tomorrow, this is a good place to be.
