From my personal experience I must say that I didn't enjoy it.
Kommunikation
Communication on the low level (inside the team, and with close superiors) was ok. But, management was not always, in my opinion, straight to the point when it came to the future of the company.

I don't want to go into details. Let's just say, there is a lot to improve on.
Work-Life-Balance
Had a nice balance between work and life. Working overtime was not common. No complains from my part.

Interessante Aufgaben
Work wasn't boring. Everyone could find the task/tasks to their taste. I personally enjoyed it and was able to learn a lot.

Nothing to complain about. Everyone was treated equally.

Nothing special.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
The trash wasn't selectively collected in the kitchens. This has to be changed.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Don't want to mention numbers, but let's just say one could find better offers in Munich for the same type of work.
