The company fired a lot of people last year due to the "cost" savings, but this year they already hired new ones! Managers are firing people on a personal level, it does not matter if they are good workers and have great achievements. The HR didn't double-check their choices, and the Betriebsrat didn't do anything to help the employees.

Weird, some of them don't really have any social skills at all...no impression they can lead and motivate people...also, when the whole company is saving costs, they do not do their part, they spend a lot for their meetings, evening events and fly around the world. Good example? I don't think so.
