Clear vision, clear metrics, transparent communication, allow the teams to decide more or less with freedom how to achieve those goals. Provide a trustworthy and collaborative work environment. The trust is extended to all parts of the work relationship, the tasks but also the way of working and working schedule.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Change constantly the goals. Lack of trust, micromanaging, set unrealistic goals impossible to reach. Too cheap (wants the less amount of workers doing the most possible).

Have and comunicate more clear the objectives per quarter. Less micromanaging and more trust in the personal.
