Work and life only on paper; TT promotes long working hours / weekends, no career development plan; too many directors

Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Not much.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The way they treat you as a person and worker. If you do not have a person from the higher management that will support you, you will end up working overtime each day, have so many tasks, you will also not be recognised for that because the others that are ''good'' with the directors take the credits.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

This should be actually done by the UK, but since the numbers are good it is not going to happen of course. They should fire all directors and bring over people that are less talking and more working and people with the professional proven credibility to do these high demanding jobs.

Kommunikation

So often, there is no communication that is needed in order to finish the job.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

This should / must be much better. The company philosophy is to take every job they can without clear plan on how to do it. That is why people are throwing tasks on other people's desks and do not provide enough input information on how to do it, because the management that accepted that same job hasn't though about it. The focus is always on money.

Work-Life-Balance

Officially, they are all very much for work and life balance. The reality is that they stand for the opposite. People who overstay regularly, do not use their vacation days, are available to work on the weekends get promoted. The leaders / directors still have the old mentality where someone's efficiency is measured by the number of hours spent on a certain task. The other reason is that they are so money driven when taking any job. All the management care about are the numbers they can present internally or to the UK so that they can have some personal benefits out of it. The result of that philosophy is that people under them have to regularly work more in order to meet the deadlines.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

Very disappointing. Do not be surprised if the person that is in charge of your career has actually no understanding for many of the fields you might be pushed towards to. In general, very much of the attitude, politics, internal relations (who is a bigger boss and more dominant and who will get earn more money) and not that much of the professional credibility.

Interessante Aufgaben

So often people end up working on something nobody else wants. The management will also use whatever they can to put the pressure on you to accept these jobs. Unacceptable.

Gleichberechtigung

Just on paper. There is one group of people - higher management that treats the others as numbers (moneywise) so that they can present themselves better in front of their bosses.

Arbeitsbedingungen

not good. Basic software that you need for a day to day work is not available, computers are slow, security and IT is super complicated, the company expects from their workers to pay the travel expenses by themselves (always and no exceptions) and weeks after you will get the money back. If your job means that you will travel frequently you have to have a budget on the side to support TT money earning machinery.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

there is no money TT can pay anyone for hours, days and weekends spent on working on highly demanding projects that they just throw on you. Salaries are not good enough even without that. During negotiations, they will give you a lowest possible option. Later on it would not be possible to get a significant salary increase, no matter how good you are. It is up to you to decide if that works good for you.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Again, all on paper. The reality, there are no options available for the lower ranked workers and honestly there is no time for that, because of the work load.
