My boss and the management is extremely precise and transparent what the long-term and short-term goals are and are driving everyone towards these goals - no ambiguity.

My colleagues and me are well organized and can help each other - also a well thought-through concept that we have a certain overlap in tasks.

The company promotes a healthy balance between performance and spare/ family time. No abundant working hours, just right-levelling for what is needed to deliver.

My boss is very clear in what is expected from me and my team and how it will be measured. If something goes wrong it is ok - always with one caveat: we need to learn from the mistake. Real growth mindsets at work.

The is rewarding and interesting per se - as we have a great purpose and impact agenda. On top, we are encouraged to use new concepts and tools such as AI to improve outcome and efficiency.

This is the great plus, everybody loves the purpose of the company. When I talk to my friends they say "why did this not exist when we went to school"
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I have already seen colleagues being promoted and in my view these were always people who really deserved it. I think it is meritocratic and I receive a budget for personal development every year
