Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Japanese toilets.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
1) work environment, japanese colleagues speak with japanese team in the morning till noon, so you must keep it up with the noise in the same room.
2) there is no work structure, everyone does whatever one wants.
3) there is no training, literally no, non-existing.
4) sales team is interfering unnecessary in engineering topics, even though they have zero idea.
5) some sales members also the people in the managing team use phone while driving over 150 km/h on the business trips.
6) sexist and racist jokes around some people.
