The team shows up for each other and tries to make up for what is missing in the management guidance. Fun atmosphere in between colleagues.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
There are many very questionable things going on regarding the management guidance/instructions, for example having to deal with salary issues on many occasions (delayed, wrong and outstanding payments), use of AI without any guidelines and thought, too much personal business of the management within the business. Many things are hard to deal with cause of inconsistency of management.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Basic structures are not in place or at least not carried out well. There’s a lot of back and forth on instructions, opinions, ideas, tasks, responsibilities and so on, no clear guidance on how things should be done due to constantly changing opinions (and moods) of management. It’s very hard for them to follow the bare minimum on many different aspects, eg work conditions.

Better image outside than the reality. Telling other companies how to treat their employees but are actually not able to follow the bare minimum for themselves.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Nothing. They tried to implement something but never followed through.
Gehalt/Benefits
Many issues on salary, constantly. No other monetary benefits. But hey, it’s a good cause, right ;)
