Permanent topic everywhere: Communication and transparency. Furthermore, distribute acceptance and esteem more uniformly across all employees - some may add more value than others, but all should feel same acceptance and esteem of their work.

Everybody gets chance to further educate himself; moreover, one can come up with own project-unrelated topics after coordination.
