Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I managed to learn the main job even if the training was not well conducted and I started working almost independently without big problems. Despite that, I received a contract termination even If the training was not completed. The explanation given was based on projects that weren’t even part of my daily work.
I think if you are not german you are not given a real chance to learn the job properly, as suggested by the attitude towards me since I started to work.
