Empowered and supported, yet held back by aging tech and return-to-office rules
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Fast-paced progress, strong sense of trust and empowerment. Clear responsibilities, no micro-management, and excellent support from the manager.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
In June, the company announced a significant policy change: starting in January, employees will be required to work from the office at least 3 days per week. This applies across the entire Edenred Group, not just UTA Edenred.
Many employees currently work fully remotely or in hybrid setups, with some visiting the office only once a month based on their original agreements. The shift is being justified with claims of increased productivity and efficiency, though these arguments appear largely unsubstantiated.
For those living hundreds of kilometers away, this shift creates significant challenges. While there’s mention of individual agreements being considered, the overall situation remains uncertain.
