    Tarifgebunden und durchaus angemessen - allerdings auch funktionsabhängig. Am Geschlechter Paygap soll gearbeitet werden. Und man muss schon hartnäckig bleiben, wenn man Leistungen, die außerhalb der Norm liegen, auch wirklich finanziell abgegolten haben will.
