Your manager should learn how to be fair, no matter old staff or new staff. Your manager should check things themselves and try to be on time with the schedule, and be organized, not to rely fully on old staff spying new staff, and giving no instructions or communications at all.

There's no communication at all. Managers are very disrespectful, disorganized and discriminate.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The old staff will do anything in group to bully the new staff if they don't like you for whatever reason. Even if you work hard, they can still find anything to make complain on you.
Interessante Aufgaben
Even it's not on your contract, if they want you to do it, you have to follow, otherwise they make bad on you.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
They pay lower than most of other brands, but they expect you to do more.
