The focus of investment lies in prestige projects. There are many people who ruthlessly enforce personal projects while burning their colleagues around. Single outstanding people were supported, while “the infantry” was degraded and exploited.

The communication was very bad. Demand and reality are far apart. The UdK does not miss an opportunity to emphasize how unique it is, but please ask your own staff!
