Overall this company has a good potential, however is stuck into an outdated upper management.

This company is reacting as if he was a successful and important as Coca Cola with a mangement from the old economy. As part of the fitness tech industry there is a great lack of transparency, and agile methodology for some departments. There is a clear mismatch between the vision sold to employees and the reality of it, where a lot is still manual work to be done and a lot of positions with no added values. Projects that should have been done at least 5 years ago took time to take off because of useless politics. The company thinks big but can not follow through because of its sales led orientatio. Sales managers who tends to be too much conservative with thier clients with a clear lack of vision and no comprehension of the tech perspective.

Incompetencies on the upper management in terms of employee management related to a past uncontrolled hyper growth. Lack of transparency for vacation changes and no direct communication upon that until the employee is leaving in the same month to the direct colleagues. Lack of clear ownerships.

Everyone is in a box like in company more than 1.000 people where some employees could access to more interesting work with the right "friends", like in a company with more than 1.000 employees. Others does not give the opportunity and has to wait until the next waves of departure.
