I can not recommend: horrible C-level leadership, low experienced employees, shady processes to rule out people/topics.

structure and events like All Hands are considered important and are well prepared and executed, but honesty and trasparency are not.

except leadership - they even fight among each other to collect reasons to manage each other out

this is / was the worst part. unethical behavior like secret chats againts people, screaming and threatening employees
