Since you the only responsible for your activities and the company is short staffed, it is often hard separating work from personal life.

I feel like Valeo is short staffed in many departments and this overloads the rest of the company. I believe for this reason the rotativity is high, since new employees don't get a long learning curve, but need to start ready instead.
