Thera are regular 1-o-1's with the team lead, yearly performance reviews and town halls with the board members. One is informed well but not excessively
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Depends strongly on your department. Some departments and teams have employees with different cultural background, others (kinda majority) have mostly german colleagues, where you would not feel in you fit in, unless you're really into the "local context" and life style. Which overall is totally fine, however Vector presenting itself as a big international company doesn't seem to be that international from inside. If you'd like to work here, make sure to polish your german skills to C1 level.

Gleichberechtigung
Absolute majority of employees are still men, not very typical for big companies. Most of the teams are led by men. Fortunately Vector is working to increase the respresentation of women.

No issues as far as I am concerned
Arbeitsbedingungen
Comfortable office, great cantine, good work equipment, gym etc. Vector is doing good job in this regard.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Social awareness: Vector organises donations and fundings. Ambiental awareness: not quite visible. (I may be wrong). Inclusivity: Vector also has emoloyess with physical disabilities and impairements.
Few tiny missing pieces: Vector never participates in gender equality and inclusivity and still celebrates 8th of March, LGBTQ+ topic is never mentioned
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is higher than average in the region/industry. Although big part of it company bonus which is a safety net for the company to its expenses depending on the revenue. On the other hand it keeps employees motivated to contribute to the company's success
