Structure of roles need to be changed. To many “directors” but at the end the dirty work is performed by common employees.

If management sees something that is not working (under performance) do not wait for a miracle to see a change. Take action!!!

In 5 years never had a course even if I took always new tasks and responsibilities. I’m lucky somebody invented google

Salary structure to be revised. If getting more money should not be the main motivational part in a job, here salary increases or recognition is not even mentioned

In general positive. The black sheeps are everywhere but they have not long life anyway

Many chances to be proactive and learn. The problem is that you do not get any courses or advices. It is just a learning by doing.
